Insurance and Liability
Participants are advised to secure their own insurance to cover any losses incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses or damage / loss of personal properties.
Letter of Invitation
To facilitate registrants' visa application, registrants may make a request in writing for a Letter of Invitation to attend the Congress from the Congress Secretariat.
